Delete positions by employee identifier

Deletes all positions associated with an employee identified by email or taxpayerRegistry (CPF).

Business Rules:

• Position cannot be deleted if it has direct descendants

• Unlike the regular delete, this endpoint does NOT validate if position has an employee
